I would like accountability buddies! I haven't been good about logging food, and have gained back a lot of the weight I lost at one point. Feel free to friend me! How does it work, do we just post a status update in this thread each day?

Veggies aren't filling at all for me. I bought some baby carrots to snack on, which are great for when I just feel like eating something but aren't actually hungry, but when I'm actually hungry, they do nothing.

I use Soylent, which is a meal replacement powder, for the times when I'm just too tired or lazy to procure "real" food. Its definitely not as enjoyable as real food, but it's nutritious and healthier than fast food, and gets the job done.
