RESIST THE COOKIES...
I just baked some cookies because I felt like baking. I scraped off all the remaining dough on the bowl and ate it. Now I am trying not to eat the cookies. They smell so good... planning to give them to my husband to share with his co-workers.

Late night snacks...
All day I was trying to watch my food intake. Most of the day I was vaguely hungry. Then I went to the movies and ate an entire (small) bag of popcorn. Fell off the wagon today...
by which I mean yesterday, but I also fell off the "get a better sleep schedule " wagon so for me it's still today. Also had a late night snack that made me feel gross. And gained weight since yesterday. None of these are huge problems but I'm still disappointed. Oh well, tomorrow will be better. Supportive thoughts…
