Hello! I've tried diets etc in the past but never successfully; hoping this app will help me eat less and healthier. Also I have trouble sticking to fitness routines. I appreciate any positive input and support!

    The best advice I can give you is not to do anything too drastic and be patient. You want to make changes that are sustainable - which is probably why what you did in the past didn't work.
