I had a fitbit charge HR for about 5 months and returned it Fitbit. I now have a garmin vivosmart HR... about 1 week :) Lets see how it goes. Feel free to add me Meenah_Jo... its waterproof. Not sure why fitbit thinks they can charge the same amount but I cant swim in it!

I usually use them to boost my weight loss because it gives me energy as opposed to a laxative. I tried them in the past and I don't think I used the rest room more than normal. They give a great energy boost that helps with my motivation.

I have a desk job but I walk during my breaks and lunch for a total of 45 minutes, I just started but have lost 7lbs in about 2 weeks just from limiting to 1700 calories per day. I don't go to gym or anything. Just eating smarter. Hope this helps. Feel free to add me as a friend.
