I'll keep it short and sweet. I just started small and worked my way up but start now. Log your food, the start making small changes diet exercise etc oh as set yourself a goal it key to have something to aim for!! Good luck

Hey, check out my success story i am almost there i have slowly dropped my body fat % and been doing heavy compound lifts. Abs are beginning to show just need to get them more ripped.

I Would just try a few and find one you like and then buy a large amount to save money. You don't want to by a tub and then not like it i made that mistake doh just make sure you log the calories from to keep in caloric defecit.
