it works for me when I put the time in. it hold me accountable for my eating habits. I'm able to see exactly what's I'm putting into my body.

sisie, I feel ya. iv been doing this for years now, but I need to just stop making excuses, find different ways of satisfying my cravings and making a lifestyle out of this. I hope it works for me this time.
