Does this work and ideas

Hi I am new to this app and want to understand success stories and what sorts of things people are eating and whether people are hitting the calorie target or whether they are even having less so are losing more weight? Can you eat essentially what you want as long as you are within your calorie target?

    it works for me when I put the time in. it hold me accountable for my eating habits. I'm able to see exactly what's I'm putting into my body.
