everybodyelse is right calories in calories out. You can speed up the weight-loss by exercising. I do 10,000 steps a day which comes out to being about 6 miles . You can look it up on the Internet and get the explanation of the 10,000 steps. It's old-school exercise it's coming back into Vogue. I wish you the best of luck…

Eat more often have at a lesser rate of calories. Basically burn as you go. That way you always feel comfortable not hungry and not overly full. It should help you drop weight dramatically. Another little trick is hard-boiled eggs no salt. Chew them slow and well. You will be Surprised how full you feel.

Caffeine is a stimulant. Not good and weight loss I've changed up to decaf coffee pour over. At Starbucks. I'll do one this is from a person that used to drink three pots of coffee a day. It's tough in the beginning, you may experience headaches it takes about three days. It's well worth getting caffeine out of your diet.…
