Hi I'm Nancy. This is my 1st time joining any kind of challenge but I'm so ready to kick it into high gear! 1. Workout 5-6 day/week. 2. Try eat less "healthy" junk food (ie. popcorn) - have issues w/portion control 3. Do 10,000 steps a day.
