Hey! I'm Cheyanne, I have done the last two walking dead challenges (it's also one of my favorite shows!) and have loved it! I'm sticking with Rick who I chose last time; hopefully Jesse survives!
My 3 goals are
1. Workout at least 5-6 days a week; cardio and strength in those days.
2. Keep my fast food and carbs lower then I have been. Fast food would be a treat or something and carbs would tried to be kept at around 100. That is low for me lol.
3. Keep going and not to give up.0 -

My name is Laney, and I am excited to see this challenge! I had my first baby 5 months ago and have been discouraged by my weight gain that doesn't seem to want to leave. I hope this motivates me! Here are my goals:
1. Get on the treadmill for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week.
2. Don't drink more than 1 diet coke in the week.

We lost one and gained one that was thought lost.
