    Hey! I'm Cheyanne, I have done the last two walking dead challenges (it's also one of my favorite shows!) and have loved it! I'm sticking with Rick who I chose last time; hopefully Jesse survives!
    My 3 goals are
    1. Workout at least 5-6 days a week; cardio and strength in those days.
    2. Keep my fast food and carbs lower then I have been. Fast food would be a treat or something and carbs would tried to be kept at around 100. That is low for me lol.
    3. Keep going and not to give up.

    Hi, I'm Jon....an Englishman from, well, England.

    This is my first time joining The Walking Dead challenge, I'm looking forward to the goal focus of it and meeting you all. Joining team Rick and Jesse, let's hope for a long show life for them both!

    My 3 goals are:

    1. Run 4 times a week.
    2. Stick under my (net) calorie goal every day.
    3. Add weight, however small, to my main lifts (squat, deadlift. bench press) each week.

    Hi I'm Nancy. This is my 1st time joining any kind of challenge but I'm so ready to kick it into high gear!
    1. Workout 5-6 day/week.
    2. Try eat less "healthy" junk food (ie. popcorn) - have issues w/portion control
    3. Do 10,000 steps a day.

    My 3 goals:
    1. Workout 4 days a week
    2. Not to exceed my daily calorie count.
    3. Drink my daily count of water.

    I'm Rachel and I've always been Team Rick so I gotta go with this Rick and Jesse group! This is my first official Walking Dead Challenge but I just was in the Fear the Walking Dead Challenge and was bitten a few weeks ago. DEF gonna stay un-undead this time around B)

    My goals:
    1. Reach my step goal at least 3 days a week.
    2. Meal prep and only eat lunch out of the office maximum 1 time per week.
    3. Stay within my weekly calorie goal.

    1. While at work every hour on the hour go outside and walk around the building once
    2. Drink water before leaving the house
    3. Walk at least 11,000 steps M-F

    Hey, I'm Chandler, and I'm stoked I found this challenge. I like the goals factor vs a straight up scale thing.
    My goals for the week:
    1. Get to five yoga classes
    2. Drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day
    3. 4 days of 30 day Shred

    My name is Laney, and I am excited to see this challenge! I had my first baby 5 months ago and have been discouraged by my weight gain that doesn't seem to want to leave. I hope this motivates me! Here are my goals:

    1. Get on the treadmill for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week.
    2. Don't drink more than 1 diet coke in the week.
    3. Drink at least 3 bottles of water a day.
