Thanks, yes, I'm trying to scale it back hoping that will do it. Not ready to quit it altogether. I might get there or pretty close, if necessary. The apple with crunchy peanut butter sounds like "good times" for sure.:-) :-) I already eat it by dipping apple slices into "natural" sugar free peanut butter . . . trying it…

I peeked in here to see if I could ask for advice on limiting my sugar intake . . . Wow, you guys are totally off sugar!!!! I wish I could get there, it's so good. I've just consistently gone over my sugar allowance only everyday I've been on this except when I get a good amount of exercise in, at least I think?! Where to…

When I exercise I simply need more than 1200 cals. I love to exercise so all is well. Another thing I thought of was will MFP lower/adjust the caloric burn as I lose weight??

I did better today even though I'm up but I believe it is because I had soy sauce on my fish last night. Tonight used pepper only. I ate a few of my exercise cals not all. Plus I should have remembered I never just jump into a diet I ease in so the 1200 isn't looking so tiny right now. Lolol...

Okay, I thank you all for the information . . . I will adjust my goal and get more calories, I think just to keep from disappointing myself as that sends me into a binge. JustMissTracy~thanks for clarifying . . . but seriously it's cool that you have a healthy relationship with food. :smile:

Oh Kalikel, I thought I posed at clear question didn't know it came across as a statement of fact. I was asking the community if they stuck with the 1200 or not. Thanks for replying. It was helpful.

Okay I get it! The calorie difference was exercise or 600 calories. I'm going to be over with MFP since today is a rest day. I see now, I CAN eat the calories MFP gives me I wasn't sure. Another bump, I'll get over it.
