Can you all tell me like how do you avoid sweets or sugary items when some one offers you. I generally do not buy or cook sweets myself but if any of my friends offer me it is very hard to resist or say no to them.

Banana, apple and strawberry with some milk makes yummy smoothie. You can add few almonds and dates too.

My favorites are Blueberries, Blue Diamond Almonds and Chobani plain greek yogurt with cut fruits.
