I'm going to try that as well but I'm not a fan of too many animal protein. ..still trying to find a good balance

After I binge on bad food I start the next day with a sweaty workout and then drink lots of water...hot tea with a little Truvia sweetener...salad for lunch...more veggies and fish or chicken for dinner....then I loose water weight after doing this a few days after a binge. It's so annoying to constantly think about food.

You're funny! I didn't do so hot today.... My goal is to lose two pounds a week staying at 1380 calories daily but I ended up eating 1685 today:( ugh go ahead and harass away.....

@Pink Pikiexox Thanks for the encouragement! You're right. There will always be unhealthy yummy food around us but we must be strong in order to reach our goals. I'm hanging in there and I hope the same for you :)
