How come some people are naturally fit?

good genetics? depends how you look at it. If the overweight person and the superfit 10% body fat person were stuck on a desert island, the overweight person would be the one to survive longer (unless there were lots of wild cats and bears that needed running away from).
having a low metabolism means your body is basically more fuel efficient!0 -

Different people have different metabolisms, so fat might burn at a rate of 1lb/wk, not even every week for me, while you may notice an alarming >2 lb/wk loss, although we obey the same rules. As for muscle development, same deal. As a previous post mentioned, daily activities are just as good for you as deliberately working out. HTH!0
