Loving that this yoga challenge seems to have taken off! May goal: 450 minutes Week 1: 62 minutes Starting off a bit slow. It is much easier for me to stick to the schedule of yoga first thing during the week then it is on weekends.

Thanks for joining tracy63031, LZMiner & lporter229! I'm trying to get back into the habit of doing my AM yoga dvd (Rodney Yee). Getting up earlier is always a chore. But I do feel better, both physically and mentally, when I do it on a daily basis. I'll probably post weekly on my progress :)

Upping my goal for May to 60 miles walking/hiking. Also adding 20 miles of biking. Not much, I know, but you've got to start somewhere :)

I'm back! Last month I set a goal of walking/hiking 30 miles, and am happy to say that I exceeded that by a few. So this month I'll up my goal to 45 miles of walking/hiking. 4/2: 3.33

Need to add in a few: 3/21 - 3.19 3/25 - 3.19 3/26 - 4.30 3/28 - 2.01 3/29 - 3.16 32.31 miles total. My goal was 30, so I'm happy to have exceeded that with 2 days to spare. Will up it for April.
