  • Okay maybe this is far too scary then, I can't eat cheese and call it a diet, I want to be thin but I don't want to get there eating loads of fat, makes me feel nauseous! Sorry if I wasted anyone's time.

  • On average the last month I've been eating 1645 calories a day. Non smoker taking no drugs (recreational or prescription) sleeping 6-8 hours a night XD I'm just rubbish apparently!

  • Yeh I don't know what to set for my maintenance, I'm 5 ft 2 and 100lbs, I've lost 98 lbs but am lost/ clueless when it comes to maintenance, every time I try and eat maintenance I gain a couple of lbs again and have to go back to dieting so I have no idea!
