Okay maybe this is far too scary then, I can't eat cheese and call it a diet, I want to be thin but I don't want to get there eating loads of fat, makes me feel nauseous! Sorry if I wasted anyone's time.

I'm 20, I've just moved out from my parents to start a new job in a new city... Makes sense if it's stress! I'm not over estimating because I've been gaining weight XD, I might be anaemic, I rarely eat red meat, my tongue looks slightly yellow and the whites of my eyes are white but I don't know. I think I'll go to the…

On average the last month I've been eating 1645 calories a day. Non smoker taking no drugs (recreational or prescription) sleeping 6-8 hours a night XD I'm just rubbish apparently!

Okay, no it's not Tom but it's right before, but I've been steadily gaining over 6 weeks, it has slowed down last week but it's still 6 lbs... Not eating salty foods and drinking plenty of water. I did do it all at once maybe that's the problem, I'll go down a bit then see if I can find maintenance, I think it's slight…

Glycogen stores can't make up 6% of my body weight though! I don't know, I was prepared for 2-3 lbs but not for 6! It's okay it's just I don't want to keep gaining at the rate I am and I don't know how to stop it without going back to dieting again!

I don't include them really, but just to give you an idea I work in a fast paced environment working 8-10 hour shifts always on my feet and moving, lifting boxes/items normally around the 12kg mark 5 days a week... I'm not trying to make excuses I'm just trying to give you information really, but is it truly possible for…

Maybe a small amount, I mostly do body weight exercises, however I have to move big boxes and things at work but is that really 6lbs of weight gain? And I should still be on a calorie deficit really... I'm sorry I'm just confused!

Yeh I don't know what to set for my maintenance, I'm 5 ft 2 and 100lbs, I've lost 98 lbs but am lost/ clueless when it comes to maintenance, every time I try and eat maintenance I gain a couple of lbs again and have to go back to dieting so I have no idea!

Okay maybe it's a milkshake then XD it's coconut butter, cocoa powder, skim milk and fat free Greek yoghurt

Thank you for the ideas everyone, I really appreciate it :) burger sounds good right now! I've got grilled chicken and vegetables for dinner and I'll do a low carb smoothie for lunch :)

A vodka and diet coke is 52 calories a pop and is a nice long lasting drink, probably as low as you are going to get really

I don't know if it counts as a smoothie or a milkshake but I normally mix a banana, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and skim milk together in a food processor with some homemade low calorie coconut butter. It tastes amazing and stores well. Very filling, 300 calories but I'm set until dinner! You might be able to use…

Thank you! I just want to make sure I maintain now, don't want to slip back into my old ways!

See I love lbs, I think they are more accurate, I'm not a big fan of kilos and stones I have to work out XD

I've lost 7 stone so far and have gone from a 36G to a 28E (I should be a 26 really but I cannot find 26 anywhere! I've lost most of my breasts with my weight loss) and I just changed mine as and when I needed to, I never bought loads of bras when I changed, just the bare minimum I could get away with so I didn't fork out…

Slowly! And I'm lucky I'm young I think, I have some on my tummy, but moisturising heavily and exercise has really helped! I have stretch marks on tummy, legs and arms but they are white now so not as noticeable... This is me 5 years ago vs now, in the same dress I was wearing for giggles XD…
