Ah vegan I'm not sure! Im starting to eat a lot of tuna and eggs and things, although baked beans (and beans in general) tend to have a lot of protein, so maybe that's an option! I just googled a lot for options of food, spinach would be a good one! Just trial and error! Hopefully you can find something you can eat! X

Wow there's a lot to process! Thank you everyone for the advice! I'll have a proper read up and see if I can get my head round it! Again thank you everyone for sticking at me! I've already lost 100lbs and that's probably the reason I'm scared of fat, I'm scared of going back!

I don't log it, I ignore the exercise I do hence I'm so confused, nope the 1645 is the amount I eat not net. I weigh EVERYTHING I eat and go by the calorie information on the packets, my activity level is set at sedentary and nope I set my maintenance goal. None of it makes sense!

I was eating 1000-1200 calories a day whilst losing, then have been eating 1645 calories a day on average whilst (attempting) to maintain. I have a very active job, 8 hours a day constantly moving on my feet moving boxes (around 12kg each) and things, so I burn ~700 calories a day at work. I eat around 50% carbs, 30%…
