I just got a fitbit too, says it's connected but shows nothing on the mfp app. Fitbit recognizes the food and water that I log on mfp though

I try to get most calories in my breakfast meal. Try to have at least 300 calories. Egg whites with egg beaters.top with cheese. low carb high fiber tortilla. Non fat greek yogurt, (plain). Fruit of some kind. 2 large (16 oz) cups of coffee before breakfast. Large tea with it. Pico de gallo cooked in eggs is good.

Yes, my WW leader teaches only two half cups of fruit and day.

I'm doing both, I track everything I eat on mfp and then convert to smart points. Been on ww for 3 years lost 70. Trying to lose another 25. I loose really slow. I like the nutritional information on mfp. I count everything so nothing free.

I'm really trying to cut sugar from my diet, I try not to go over 25 grams total from all sources, natural and added. Usually under 20 a day. I check every thing before I choose what I will eat.

Hello turning 69 in November so still in the 60s. I follow ww but track every thing on map using pacer also. Have lost 55lbs. But it's taken me 2 years. Loosing real slow. Want to loose 40 more.
