It may be a placebo effect, but knowing myself before using those products I always got dizzy at the gym and always did a half hour of cycling (because it would make me sit down and be slow) and left gym feeling in guilt. Now I don't get dizzy, I feel powerful, and I push my limits. Feels amazing!

I am not using my pills anymore. But I am not at discomfort about it neither. I think pills never really helped me. And maybe my thyroid problem was a side affect on my other medication, but now I got rid of it all. Is it possible I don't have a thyroid problem anymore?

I had that last almost a week. But finally it past and I lost my dangerous appetite. I just couldn't loss any weight for a week because I always ate back my exercise calories and sometimes more. Now I have a balance again.

I use GNC tonalin CLA and GNC burn 60. First one boosts metabolism and increases body heat, second one gives energy to work out more while burning more calories. I suggest taking both.

Hello, could you tell me how you lost your belly fat and became thinner? I just posted a thread on topic. About men liking bit booty or small booty, everyone is free to have their choices I think. But they shouldn't be downgrading women for their physical qualities.

Mu multiple people suggested I could have DR so I will definitely be seeing a doctor on this topic. And start doing belly exercises to have stronger musclea in the area.

I eat most of my food ready, so they already has calories and grams written on them. This is kind of the problem, it is getting upwards lately :/
