Too often. Just got back from coldstone now i'm 200 over. But, I probably walked 5 miles today while set to sedentary so hopefully it balances out

I found my fitbit to overestimate by alot if I was to start the day with exercise because it would assume i would keep around the same level of activity throughout the entire day and adjust accordingly. Maybe it's not like j eat out all the time. I usually have something easy to log like scrambled eggs or just a protein bar for breakfast and a microwave dinner for lunch. Maybe just guesstimating dinner wouldn't be too bad. Would be better than nothing

I lost a few pounds more than i intended too while on maintenance and last monday i was 163.2 and this monday i was 163.6 so more or less I maintained for the week. It's just I worry that I could be too gluttonous if I don't check myself before I wreck myself

I weigh daily and try to walk at least a mile first thing in the morning just to get my sleepy *kitten* fully alert quicker. It's just I could easily find myself consistently overeating. Like last night I found myself at Marianos bakery counter staring at the sweets like a teenager would stare at a playboy.

I freaking love stuff that's bad for you maybe a little too much. Went to Portillos this afternoon and had 2 Hotdogs and a shake. Probably 1200 calories combined. In really scared that j will never be able to eat normally

My weight fluctuates quite a bit on a day to day basis hence the reason I weigh daily. I slept in yesterday and was a pound lighter than today. Maybe I lost more water while sleeping? Anyway if I get a weight 3 days in a row that's my new official weight

As a kid I must have gotten a gameboy fanny pack from nintendo rewards or something. Anyway it fits again. It says Gameboy in pink but, i'm gonna wear it with geek pride. Maybe even find my old gameboy and show the kiddies what pokemon used to be
