Along the lines of what everyone else has said, just squeeze in a few whenever you can. At work I'll go to the furthest bathroom I can think of, or just get up now and then and walk the hallways for a few minutes. It adds up. You can do it!

I feel your pain. I suffer with sinus issues and it can make you really tired and run down, but it is possible to push through it most of the time and you feel better after a nice workout. I hope you heal up soon!

This might sound odd, but ever since I was kid I have enjoyed them raw. Just peel them and cut them up. They're crunchy.

I broke a collarbone a couple of years ago and was in a sling for month. I found I could still go to the walking track and walk (slowly) or ride the stationary bike. Neither are exactly "fun", and I still gained a few pounds, but they helped me stay somewhat active.

I've cut out the super fattening creamer we used at home, but I can't seem to stomach it black either. I either use half & half or soy creamer. It's not too sweet, not too good either...but it helps cut the strong coffee taste.

I accidentally discovered them the other day while looking for Oatmeal and bought a couple just to see how they were. I've had chocolate and blueberry, and let's just say I'm addicted. They aren't terribly unhealthy, they're super easy, and did I mention they taste fantastic?

Every day I bring the same snacks to get me through until lunch at work. Most days they are enough, but every once in a while I am absolutely starving by lunch time after having eaten them. I have no idea why it happens, but it's thankfully rare. Hang in there.
