post-exercise nausea anyone?
It only happens after long, intense exercise, and it's never immediate. I'll finish feeling fine, then a few hours later the nausea will hit me. I'm trying to figure out if it's diet, not dehydration, or something else. Does anyone else ever encounter this, and if so, what seems to prevent it? Thanks all.

Smoothies and the craving for solid food
I like smoothies, have many different recipes, and use them regularly. No matter what I put in them and no matter how filling they are, I find that after I have one I still want "real" food I can chew. non-packaged/processed breakfast choices?
I'm trying to eat less processed food, but breakfast in particular is giving me trouble. There is only so much yogurt and fruit I can eat. What are some of the foods you eat for breakfast and mid-morning snacks that are minimally processed and more or less healthy?

Pneumonia recovery time?
The doctor has told me that the shortness of breath and fatigue can hang on for a long time. I'm about a month in, and it's improving, but quite slowly. Anyone have any experience with trying to get back into exercise after pneumonia or something similar?
