I've been neglecting strength training for the last few years, but cycling and running a good bit. A month ago I came down a virus which turned into pneumonia, which turned into a long period of absolutely no physical activity.
I'm finally starting to feel well enough to think about exercise, and I've decided I want to add strength training back into the routine. I've got several pounds to lose from the inactive weeks (not to mention the eating due to the steroid they put me on...) and I'm just hoping to find folks to keep me accountable and motivate me. I'll do the same for you. Thanks everyone!
