post-exercise nausea anyone?

It only happens after long, intense exercise, and it's never immediate. I'll finish feeling fine, then a few hours later the nausea will hit me. I'm trying to figure out if it's diet, not dehydration, or something else. Does anyone else ever encounter this, and if so, what seems to prevent it? Thanks all.

Most likely would be not replacing your electrolytes -- hydration is not just water. Less likely, but still possible, would be low blood sugar -- some folks get weak or dizzy, some get nauseous.0
