Great tips! I have also decided this time round that slow and steady wins the race ;) I'm much happier and more motivated when i can eat a fee hundred more calories and enjoy cooking nice meals.

That sounds miserable and not sustainable at all. Life's too short to be punishing yourself by eating baby food! I love food and enjoy eating well and watching the calories.

Keeping an honest food diary is the only thing that works for me too. I also gym 4-5 days a week :)
