I am confused as well. I tried logging the exercise with fitbit (holding the button as you mentioned), but the data (cals burned, workout duration, etc.) does not sync to MFP. I waited a few hours, but I finally had to enter it manually.

That makes sense because I started the workout tracking on fitbit but it didn't transfer the info to MFP. So I manually entered it in MFP but that duplicated the workout in Fitbit. Ugh! I'll learn. Thanks for the advice!

It's 27g based on a 1200-calorie day (that's on an off day). I then increase my cal intake (and thus, fat intake) based on what I expand during my workouts.

A spritzer is a good idea! If I up my fat ratio to 30%, would you say 40% protein and 30% carbs would be a good match? I was going for 40-40-20 but I don't mind upping the fat a bit, considering my sources are pretty healthy.
