Do omnivorous diets need to be banned for children? Is it right to enforce your beliefs on your children? Deciding where they live, what they wear, what toys they can own, what religion they practice, who they can be around and when, where they go? Sounds like part of parenting to make the decisions you decide are best for…

I'm 5'2 and starting pregnancy weight was 159 (overweight). As of now, at 27 weeks and 5 days, I'm 148 pounds. I lost a lot in the first trimester, getting down to 141 and hope to end around my starting weight. Eating as much whole foods/unprocessed as possible is my main way I try to stay healthy during this pregnancy, I…

I'm 5'2 and was 159 when I became pregnant. I was still dieting through most of my first trimester because I didn't know until almost 9 weeks, and after that I was adjusting to eating more. I lost weight down to 141 by a few weeks into my second trimester. I maintained till the last few weeks of my second trimester. I have…

I've been trying to stay motivated to get more into strength training. I added you :)

I sent you a friend request, I'm from Oregon too :)
-
Yes! Doesn't seem to be a lot of us. Feel free to add me :)

I'm in the Eugene area. Doesn't seem to be a lot of Oregonians.

Have a glass of water with you, look busy, be friendly if they question you, say you already ate if you have to (and do eat before you go! Lol). Try to enjoy yourself, I'm sure it'll go alright :)

I'm having my first child, a little girl  I've been feeling alright, how've you been?

I added the 2 donation miles in and this brings me to 32 miles. That used to be at most a third of what I'd run in a month, but pregnant and back to being a beginner, this will actually be pretty hard. I've got it figured that if I run 3 miles on Mondays and Fridays, and 2 miles on Wednesdays, I should end up at 35 miles,…

I'm almost 6 months pregnant. I was dieting probably till about 4 months, I know I shouldn't have. I'm gaining now, started at 206, I was 160 when I got pregnant, I got down to 141, and now I've gained steadily up to 145. My bump is pretty small and I blame myself for that because I was dieting. Now I just focus on eating…

Fruit. Lots and lots of fruit!

Also, if anyone is curious how this has effected my weight, I've lost 60 pounds since October

I've been vegan since October. I feel way healthier and I get tons of raw food in my diet. I experience the best health benefits when I eat a lot of fruit and stay high carb. I loosely follow 80/10/10, hclf, raw till whenever, and the starch solution. I've learned a lot from studying all these similar vegan diets and…

The only distinction is between plant based and vegan. Vegans are vegan for health, the environment, and the animals. Plant based will still buy leather/wool/silk and only focus on the health benefits of excluding animal products from their plates.

I think I'm a healthy balance between the two. I eat tons of fruits and try to eat lots of veggies, but I can be found eating boca burgers rather than making them from scratch. The real junk I have maybe once a month, but my boyfriend has frozen vegan meals for lunch at work most days.
