It's not recommended for anyone to eat less than 1200 calories a day... Be careful with that. If it's tough to do, it's because you naturally need more than that... Otherwise, good luck on your journey!!! It may be hard but it will totally pay off in the end!

I DO NOT hold on to the treadmill bar when I work out... Maybe 2 or 3 times during my 35-45 minute session I grab it to see where I'm at, then let go.

Hardly what I deserved after killing myself for 2+ hours at the gym almost every day, but I did change up my eating in the middle to calculating my workout calories like a few people suggested. Longest plank I ever got to was 1 and a half minutes... Good luck everyone!!! I'd join you all, but my boyfriend is a body builder and has me working out HARD 4-5 days a week. Since I'm new at it, my while body is in constant pain. No way I could plank right now. Lol

You can definitely do it!! I lost 99.5 pounds in 10 months using MFP (20-30 pounds away from my goal)... I got into a relationship about a year ago and gained 25-30 pounds back... So now I have 50-60 to lose to get to my goal... Just stay focused and follow MFP to a T. Only weigh in once a week, don't obsess, drink water…

I actually met my current boyfriend on POF... It didn't start out as a hook up or any of that jazz either...
