I am going by what myfitnesspal calculated. I did walk very briskly today and I speed biked to my parents.

I went on a 20 minute vigorous bike ride. That combined with my 60 minute brisk pace walk this afternoon burned 826 calories total.

I just joined this morning. I have a massive weight loss to undertake and I cannot wait to meet it. I've given myself till May 2017. Depending on how fast I lose I may reevaluate and make my end date sooner. Too soon to tell.

Just finished Bones season 10. May start: iZombie, How to Get Away with Murder, and Girl Meets World (to see if it is as good as Boy Meets World). One at a time though.

To clarify, this Netflix workout was just an idea for a warm up, not the whole exercise regimen. Mostly I like to walk and I want to work up to jogging and running since I loved it as a child. I also have access to a gym as a college student. What I want is a varietal regimen. If that makes sense.

I work out 5 days a week at 30 minute blocks. I am trying to watch portion sizes the most and count calories. I want to be down 127 pounds by May 2017.

My biggest diet issue is watching portion sizes. That is why I try to avoid high carb foods, but that is not part of my diet plan officially.

I am counting calories but also keeping track of percentage of protein, fats, carbs, and sugars. Or is that a given with calorie counting?
