Thank you everyone! So glad I posted this. These are some great ideas. ❤

I do, but I leave for work at 6:30am. Not the safest time for a walk!

Sorry, just saw this quote. I thought that was the total before cutting calories. That makes a lot of sense! Thank you.

Yeah, I'm going to look into one that is both so I know it isn't someone who is just speaking crap. And my doctor has a license, she owns her own practice, but doesn't really major in nutrition and weight loss.
-
And yes, I'm super happy that my weight isn't going up!!

Thank you so much! I think I'm going to look into a nutritionist then since they specialize in this. Another reason for the low calorie count was because a lot of my friends were telling me it's better to just eat one meal since I was eating 5 small ones, which confused me to hell! But we can't all be 100lbs and live off…
-
This is why I was so confused and feeling guilty! I felt like I must be doing something wrong because everything came up normal! My doctor said, "Maybe your body was just meant to hold on to 45 extra pounds" which I don't think is very healthy for a 5'4" 22yr old. I really appreciate these responses everyone!

They ran blood tests and said everything was fine except that my blood pressure was at risk for being high, but is currently in the proper range.

I am eating 1,200 total on exercise days.
-
I asked my doctor what was wrong and she said the only recommendation she had was to put me on steriods which would decrease my hunger which I'm not too comfortable doing.

I work from 7am-10pm, but work out 5 days a week for 1hr.
-
Oh alright, I must have been using it wrong. I've been trying to eat 1,000-1,200cal for about 7mo. and using the food scale for 6mo. with a weight stall of 10mo. Maybe I should also cut my calories to 800 to create the deficit? And I will switch my scale over to grams. Thank you so much!

I use a food scale for every meal to make sure that I am eating proper portions for my bodyweight (4oz. meat per day, 4oz. greek yogurt for protein, etc.). And I thought it was so your body doesn't go into starvation mode...? Is it lower or higher?
