Good morning! I started keto this year and I'm loving it. I had a couple of challenging days, but I'm loving the weight loss.. down 16lbs this year! Total weight loss of 116lbs.. over 3yrs. Looking for some keto buddies for motivation, feel free to friend me :)

I make a small salad and bring for lunch everyday. 2cps lettuce, 2oz of shredded or grilled chicken, 1oz of salsa,1 tsp of jalapeno, 1/2tbs of buffalo ranch dressing, add hot sauce, mix well.

I make egg white mini muffins on Sunday and freeze them for the week. Each muffin gets: 3oz egg white, 1 tbs reduced fat cheddar shredded, 1tsp of diced jalapeno, salt, pepper and bake 350 degrees for 20min or toothpick comes out clean, I have two every morning with a hot cup of detox tea. Very high protein and low carb :)

When I diet I stay under 20 total carbs and normally I stay under 50 total carbs.

I'm a lifetime low carb girl.. add me. I was 261, had vsg, now 149 and almost to goal weight. Would love some low carb buddies :)

I agree with Sezxy Stef. If you drop carbs, you will drop pounds, but watch cals too.

I have to low carb because I had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy. I started at 261 lbs. and stalled at 163, so for the new year I dropped my carbs to 20 total, not net. So far I'm down to 151 :) I have special requirements, but basically I try to keep calories at 1,000, carbs at 20, protein at 80-90, and at least 70 oz. of…

I was originally 261 lbs and stalled out at 163 lbs and this year dropped so far to 151 lbs! Success!! My target weight is 120 lbs
