I chew gum a lot through the day, and even at night when they get the worst of me! Carrots and apples are great, as they satisfy that crunch and even spreading peanut butter on apple slices satisfies that sweet craving!

I don't drink or buy pop..if I really have a craving I'll buy nestle or Dasani carbonated water that's flavoured, or Perrier and squirt MIO into it. Satisfies that craving for fizzy was and SO much better for you!!

Hmm I might look into purchasing that book. Yes I do tend to eat out of boredom, sadly. I work mostly nights so if it's not busy I'll eat at work since I work at a restaurant or just mow down wen i get home lol

Thank you!! Yeah whenever I'm craving something fizzy I resort to Sanpelligrino squirt some MIO in it to give it some flavour..apples are very satisfying for that crunch reason and sweetness..
