I really in need of help getting my cravings in control. I know how/what to eat and how/what to do for exercise but my cravings always get the best of me. Does anyone have advice how to battle them off? Or any tips/tricks that may help me out in any way.

I chew gum a lot through the day, and even at night when they get the worst of me! Carrots and apples are great, as they satisfy that crunch and even spreading peanut butter on apple slices satisfies that sweet craving!

I get cravings too but the more I stay determined and keep under my calorie count the easier it gets. It takes practice to not eat all you want. Keep logging and stay under and ignore the occasional slip ups. Log them and move on. The next day is a new start.

Try this: squeezing 1/4 of a fresh lemon juice into 8oz of water and chug it! Then lift your shirt up and take a good look at your belly. I don't always have the will power to do this but when I do, it helps, it's all in your mind but it distracts you enough with the bite of the lemon on your tongue!
