It took me a year to lose 70lbs so it can be done I exercised more or less everday tryed really hard to eat well I put a success story on here if u look under success storys u shud find it hope this helps only got 14 pound to lose so not being as hard on myself this year still being good tho

Its disappointing I been exercising every other day since 4th jan an ive gained 2 pounds I am gutted just gunna have to more exercise an see what happens an try to eat well an stop secret eating

I need to lose 28 pounds to hit my ideal weight but finding it very hard lately some more hints an tips wud be good :)

Try your best not to eat after 7 at night if u gunna snack try having fruit instead of sweets I find.it hard too try your best not to have to many bad things in your cupboards save your treats for weekends but dont go to overboard

Salad worked for me an I hated salads but I found 1 I liked ceaser salad really good or u have no moree than 300 cals hope this helps u :)

Try not to take money to work then u can't buy anything try an repace we fruit determination is what u need :smiley:

It took me 9 month to Lose 5 stone did crosstrainer every day 30 mins a day had salad at dinner most days and normal teee and it worked for me u can do it try not to eat after 7

Well done that's a massive change u will get the body u want determination an motivation will see u thru u will come to a stop tho I been dieting since march 015 I lost 5 stone so it can be done deffo
