Thanks, yes I am surprised at how low it was.. although I have made a point of measuring and weighing everything. I'm 10 stone and very short, I know I must have been taking them in somewhere before hand. I am one of those awkward people that misses meals etc I'll keep going and keep trying to eat the recommended amount

Thanks :smile: I eat it lot of nuts and those kinds of things anyway, but made a point of buying some more today to keep me going. It feels like I am 'eating for the sake of it', purely because I am just not hungry lol I shall try eggs and nuts tomorrow! :wink:

I have a rough goal based on my ideal weight for my height - which would mean loosing 28lbs - I plan to use that as a number to work towards but imagine that will change, as after loosing the bulk of it, will probably want to tone up more rather than loose more.

I too started this morning. Would be great to make some friends in the same boat, I am hoping to lose 28lbs - this is my first time trying calorie counting!
