I'm 4ft 11, CW is 115, highest was 153, aiming for 105 at the moment, will see how I feel at that weight, but will probably start building muscle at that point 😁 Feel free to add me

Hi there! I'd certainly be up for it! I'm getting back into things after a break and gaining a little weight back - I have about 14lb to loose until I get to my initial goal - then i'll see where I'm at after that. Feel free to send me a message if you'd like someone to chat to on the daily :) I'll be focusing on diet, and…

Hello! Welcome! Feel free to add me too! I've been here for over a year now, I admit I slacked over Xmas and put on a few lbs! Got them off again now though! I'm only 8lbs away from my goal weight but if I can be of any help just shout!

Well, my first goal was to fit nicely into a tshirt I bought at the gig of my favourite musician that was too small.. That now fits perfectly and it feels great to be able to finally wear it confidently ! So now my goal, probably not so mini, is to lose the last 8lbs and reach my goal weight! Taken over a year but so…

Silly really but 2 things.. I went to the gig of my favourite band a year ago and bought a medium t-shirt, the medium was more like a UK small but either way it was a snug fit! After trying it on and realising I didn't feel confident enough to wear it I started my weightloss journey! In a few weeks we will be going to see…

I've been a UK size 12 my whole adult life, sometimes a 14 or medium in coats and jackets! Today I realised I needed a new coat, I decided to try on a size 10, I don't know why.. I assumed there was no way it would fit.. But it fit!! And comfortably! So pleased and of course I bought it! ;) my first NSV ;)

Its been about 2 months for me, I'm only 5lbs down but feeling positive about it, even though I see no physical change - I have noticed my trousers feeling looser which is a bonus - quite happily muddling along and seeing where it takes me ! Thanks for sharing!

They seem happy!

I am not yet a success story as only started up on here again a month ago - I hope to add my success to this thread once I get there!!

ok so not much change on my part!! :D Hoping for better results next week, been a bit relaxed with my eating choices this week, still within calorie limit but not as healthy as I could have been! 5/22 - SW: 127.5 5/29 - 127.4 6/5 - 6/12 - 6/19 - 6/22 - GW: 119

It was so hot here in Wales today - beautiful but hot! I made the mistake of bringing roasted pepper and tomato soup to work, and of course (to be heated up)- in this heat, I didn't want to eat it!! Driving home, I have an old Daihatsu Sportrak, and lets just say the air con doesn't quite cut it - I felt like I was…

I've lost weight over a year or so, just by changing diet ( not so much to drop weight just out of food preference choice) now the plan is to drop a few lbs while being healthy :)
-
I don't think I have ever been that low in my adult years! :) I think I have always been a bit 'bigger' than I should be - I'd like to get to my ideal weight for once :D
-
112lbs is apparently a decent bmi weight - but will stop when I am happy with how I look :)
-
Unfortunately I am not a success story yet - but I am also 4'11'' and start weight was 140, I'm down 2lbs (only been at it two weeks) - goal of 112lb ish - feel free to add me :D

About 3 years ago my fiance and I decided to change our diets, purely for the sake of eating better and feeling healthier in ourselves. We made that change and have done our best to stick with it. I gradually lost a bit of weight I had piled on without realising and my partner (who is naturally super slim) bulked up a…

Count me in ! :D

Sounds silly but my partner and I went to our first Nahko Bear concert a few months back, we both love his music, we bought a T-shirt each and some of the albums they had on sale.. The tshirt is too tight for me to wear comfortably, so my mini goal is to be able to lose the weight so I can wear that shirt as a reminder of…

Good for you! I only started 5 days ago, but feeling better for it all ready. I have lost 2 lbs already but the main thing I like is the fact that I am so much more aware of what I am eating and am now eating my 3 meals a day, instead of skipping! Keep it going and good luck on your journey!

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I am going to make my meals a little 'fuller' (more like a meal and not a snack) and make sure I reach my calorie goal :) I have been using scales, and will be logging as accurately as possible. Thanks again!

Thank you Dianne!
