Today Is My First Day!

Today is my first day logging my food and exercise! :) Feels good to start taking more control of my eating habits and exercise routine!

    Good for you! :smile: I only started 5 days ago, but feeling better for it all ready. I have lost 2 lbs already but the main thing I like is the fact that I am so much more aware of what I am eating and am now eating my 3 meals a day, instead of skipping!

    Happy 1st birthday! May it be just the first of countless more to come. It will become a habit, a good one, but remember that Roma was not built in a single day. It will be a long and sometimes hard road, you will fall down but all that is important is that you get back up. Set reasonable goals do not be like Icarus and try and fly to high to soon.
    You will do great here as long as you believe in yourself and set reasonable obtainable goals.
