I'm in too. Last month was my first month of dieting and I only lost 4 pounds. I need to step up my game, just to have a jump start. I already eat very clean, but to lose the weight I'll have a slightly bigger lunch (chicken salad with feta cheese and several vegetables) and a green protein smoothie for dinner.

It was so hot here in Wales today - beautiful but hot! I made the mistake of bringing roasted pepper and tomato soup to work, and of course (to be heated up)- in this heat, I didn't want to eat it!! Driving home, I have an old Daihatsu Sportrak, and lets just say the air con doesn't quite cut it - I felt like I was melting!!!
I have a week off work next week, as does the fiance and my daughter is off school so looking forward to getting out and about with the family and dogs - Maybe i'll take the roof off the truck and go to the beach!!2 -
Been a great few days to kick off my round 1,500 of trying to lose weight! Love the momentum just losing 3 pounds can do to my mind by giving me a boost! Happy Friday all!4

Most of that is going to be lost water weight - I was exercising in the heat last night, and didn't take enough on board.
Have to eat at maintenance over the next three days now, as I have a triathlon on Monday - no more weight loss until the end of next week now!1 -
Going to try this as well. I have a vacation at the end of July so I'm trying to knock off about 20 pounds...8 by the 26th of July sounds reasonable as does 16 by my vacation.

This week went well, I did all my exercises and I try to eat healthy, had one cheat day and ate McDonalds6 -
ok so not much change on my part!! Hoping for better results next week, been a bit relaxed with my eating choices this week, still within calorie limit but not as healthy as I could have been!
