I like to look up dance workout, kickboxing or HIIT videos on Youtube. Also a big fan of Just Dance and Zumba games on Wii.

I allow myself 1-2 treats weekly so whenever I get cravings I will tell myself to wait till my treats time (or I have already had my treats for the week and no more this week unless I want to go back to my unhealthy self)

Lots of great tips are already covered. But I follow an additional rule: 1. At least ONE treat per week to keep me sane :)

back then when I was on a low carb diet, I would avoid rice, pasta, potatoes, pizza but I would still eat whole wheat cereals and bread. Personally didn't enjoy the low carb diet... not being able to eat carb made me depressed, literally LOL Now I usually have 40-50% carb
