I average around 6k a day but that's mainly due to my daily routines of needing a car to get certain places that would take me an hour to walk to normally. If your worried your not hitting your targets. Just lower it. You can always increase it later.

I just find my protein levels lower than I want them to be. I would like a higher % per day, but find it hard to get them in. In terms of supplement form, it would be powder.
