Which Protein Supplement is Best?

Options
I find it difficult to chose the right one for me. I play contact sports, so need to be quick as well as strong. Can anyone recommend the best protein supplement?

Well, firstly, do you need to supplement protein?

If you MUST, what form factor do you want it in?

I just find my protein levels lower than I want them to be. I would like a higher % per day, but find it hard to get them in.

In terms of supplement form, it would be powder.

Then I would go with a whey protein supplement. My personal choice is always optimum nutrition, but you can check out bodybuilding.com to see their highest rated and most popular proteins as well as all the flavors they come in. There's also a ton of reviews which is helpful.

See what's conveniently available and just try some. Despite any product claims, it's doubtful that there is a "best" aside from personal taste.
