I'm planning on becoming pregnant within this year and right now I'm trying to lose 5-10 lbs to set myself up....I'm at 185 lbs right now so... I'm also taking prenatal vitamins now as well

My starting weight was 214 lbs. Current today at 185 lbs. Ultimate goal is 165 lbs.... but I'm planning to get pregnant within the year, so right now my goal is 170-175 lbs before that happens. I'm 5'7

English muffins are a couple dollars for a pack of 6-8...that's a easy breakfast and cheap... lunch packs of tuna fish and banana... dinner chicken tenderloin packs are cheap, frozen fish... buy baby carrots those are $1-$2. . 1st photo was 214 lbs(October 2014). Middle was 196 lbs(Summer 2015). Last photo is on my 30th birthday at 179 lbs!(November 2015) I am 5'7 . Friend Request if you'd like...I'm still going with a goal of 165 lbs and appreciate lots of support!

I'm 30 years old... and I still have a pair of jeans from high school. I weighed 214 lbs after having my son and have lost 35 lbs and those jeans fit me again!
