Thats what i was thinking.... Im not overly concearned with weight ... water retentio will probably go up at first after i shock the system .... probably will take up to two months to stabilize the change.

I dissagree with OP. I do agree its become popular (fad) but overall walking 10k vs 3 and beeing aware is much better. Just like dieting the more you are aware, the better the results.

So.... what are you trying to tell everyone ? Is it a fact, comparison, question or rant?
-
Yeah, seems to be comming down slowly. Thanks for the answers

I use withings, And yes it sends my steps to MFP, in return MFP gives me extra credit if i excerise a lot. I didn't realize that that changed my nutrients.
-
Yes it does. It's supposed to be at least, certainly not serious . Nor is it supposed to get under your skin. Just laugh it off

Not worth it IMO! maybe if you get your diet 95% or better and your weight it exemplary you may want to sustain by watching macros. better reasons to get - support MFP (but stick with free version first) possible health issues, ie. better details and what foods may have higher sugar concentration.

Odd. All I can find now. (nothing on the main site) http://blog.withings.com/2015/11/10/healthmate-myfitnesspal-nutrition-tracking/ This is what I get for switching to android. Apple seems to be way more polished from what i see on wife's phone. It was an email that I initially received, also saw it on the mobile website…

Yes, however now iphone users (not me) get the option of seeing all nutrition details within the withings app. Also many other things to come from what my short research comes up with. Right on their website and an email I just received is boosting about their new partnership. As for the steel it looks to be an awesome…

I like this topic.. I have ever owned a few of them. - fitbit is good in the cheaper and simple range. The HR MODEL is cool but overall not that impressive. Works well with others and has its own scale (2nd best WiFi scale on market) best support team. Works with apple and Android. Garmin vivoactive for sports and activity…

if you can moderate it to 1 cup per day, its better then store bought. Especially if you can make it mostly from vegetables. What they say, eat your calories don't drink them. High in fructose/sugar your body will store most of it as fat. If you juice vegetables its better, and eat your fruit instead. But juicing greens is…

So is that how it should be ?

I use them a replacement at work. I would say overall I average to one shake per day. If there is nothing else at work and I don't have time to get lunch. I also use casein instead of whey its supposed to curb the hunger more takes longer to brake down and supposed to fill you longer. Could be just mental but it really…

Found it, in case anyone needs the instructions from another thread: Once you've logged in, click "My Home", then "Check-in", then "Edit Previous Entries". On that page, you can delete weight entries, or add new entries for any date

I think frequency of stretching is the issue. What I do on a regular basis is something like the butterfly stretch. Except in bed while watching TV or when I wake up. I do it constantly and ever since no more tightness.

Does anyone pat the extra for MFP premium?
-
That's awesome... do you build any muscle or just try to maintain what you have..
