I dropped weight from 238lbs to 199lbs All by diet slight increase i walki g My goal was 190 then start lifting Im 32y and 6'1 tall Of should i start lifring now or wait to drop more. Im afraid im loosing muscle as much as i try to keep protein up.

Steps and exercise on Garmin Connect vs iphone
Has anyone had this issue. I use the Garmin VivoActive. My Wife uses her Iphone 6 We can walk the same distance, but she gets rewarded much more then I do for exercise calories. Over a 10k distance I may get about 400 calories where she will get about 750 She is smaller and may take more steps or is it some algorithm issue…

how does MFP calculate weight it shows as lost
Hi, I started with a weight of 238lbs now at about 215lbs but it says I only lost 6lbs is that calculated since last goal was set or is it because i was maintaining weight at 220 for about 2 months and lots of time passed?

Using garmin 0 exercise/steps report
Hi all. So Today I walked 5km, however nothing gets counted against my daily calorie intake. My wife uses plane iPhone and the same walk she gets calories burned added to her dashboard. I use the garmin vivoactive. I did link the accounts together. Did I miss something ?
