During a meeting today we ate at an all you can eat restaurant. How do you log this :/

Estimates. Try to overestimate too. Be mindful that your logging will not be accurate and try to stick to eating at home for the rest of the week so you can weigh and log food accurately.

I ate at a buffet today too. You can find entries for some buffets in the database . My diary is open for general ideas.

There are good choices at buffets you just have to seek them out.
Try and remember everything you ate and log it. If you went over your calorie deficit, log it and make better choices tomorrow. Buffets are tough.

Just be mindful of everything you have, trying to keep the portions in check...this gets easier with time....after you spend some time weighing food consistently, you'll start to recognize portion sizes by sight, and be able to fairly guestimate what you ate, or how much you shouldn't eat...(Don't eat it all, just because it's all you can eat!)

Make your best guess. I have a 1000 kcal "Cheat Food" entry I use for occasions like this.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, do these sound like the actions of a man whose had ALL he could eat?
