I droped down from 238lbs to 202 then stayed there could not brake the barrier
Then went to 2 birth day parties
One of them involved about 20 shots of vodka and lots of cured dried meat.
Within 3 days up to 208 lbs
And keep gaining. It took me till today to shake the hangover from saturday.
Yes i ate a bit more then usual just to mentain but i keep gaining. I rarely drink maybe 2 times a year.
Its as if my body is hanging onto every bite I take

Water retention and your glycogen stores back to normal. Will be back to your normal weight within a few days

So these two parties were on Satur
day (per se) and you weighed 202 and Sunday and Monday showed a 6 pound gain?
I highly doubt you ate or even drank in vodka shots over your "maintenance calories by an additional 21000 calories during this time to gain actual "fat" weight..
I think you are having a serious case of maybe a slight gain in fat (maybe) and it is all carbohydrate water retention and maybe sodium related water retention if ate alot of salty foods during this time...
I have had water weight gain of over 6 pounds that lasted 3 -5 days until I got in in control after bad eating over the holidays.. You did not eat or drink over 21000 calories did you? Keep drinking the water, a lot it.. It should balance out in a couple of days.
