I've been on an off here for a few years now, not really understanding the importance of using the message boards and creating a network of fit friends. Lost about 40 lbs a couple years back but put it all back on, because I didn't track and didn't stick to a routine. Working on making this my good and healthy habit.

@jwagner1204 you add people as friends by going to their profiles and clicking the "Add As Friend" button. I highly recommend looking at the diary settings to make sure it is set to fit your needs in terms of what to display and how you want to break your meals and snacks down.

Looking to lose about 60 lbs. Breaking it up in chunks and hoping to lose the first 15 by 4th of July. The smaller chunks allow me to celebrate smaller victories along the way
