  • The C9 at Target has pairs that are compression like and higher band on the waist so you don't show any crack. I try not to look at my butt. I just work out and run in whatever I want.
  • I am down 77 with maybe 20 more to go. Not sure what my "goal" weight is right now. I am currently losing about 2-3 pounds a month with 5/week exercise and average of 2000/day

  • What a work week! The next looks no better. Bright side is my eating was on and I got in some exercise outside. Tonight I was going to do a short run outside, but it's a bit windy. Treadmill blah Flex it Friday :-)

  • My knees were achy in the morning, so I didn't work out early. I did get in a walk at lunchtime and it was great to see the sun!! I was "feeling good" and decided to try and jog later at night. Wasn't a great idea. My knees are pained today and I had to hit the Motrin. Food and logging was good

  • Busy Friday! I left the house without my Apple Watch. I felt lost. I got in a 35 min walk at lunchtime. I logged all and stayed under - pretty good considering I had a night with the Brownies at an ice show and my dinner was a $12 pretzel and Diet Coke
