4 months ago I started practising omad and lost 17 pounds so far. I think fasting gives me mental clarity and I definitely have more energy when I fast. But I do count calories and weigh my food. You need to be in caloric deficit to lose weight, fasting is only a tool to help you with that.

I eat one meal a day, spreaded over 2-3 because it's a large amount of food. I've been doing it for the past month and it's working like a charm. I eat food I truly enjoy and my cravings went away. I still weight my food and count calories, but daily ~21 h fast was a game changer for me.

I had terrible weekend as well, I think I blew off my deficit from entire week. Today I'll eat a bit less than usual, because I'm still bloated and not hungry. Preplanned chocolate doughnut as my midnight snack and I didn't eat it!! I've put it nicely on a plate, brought it to bed and packed it back after few minutes! I just didn't feel like eating anymore.

Best oatmeal ever: cook 40g steel cut oats with 250 ml of milk until it's nice and thick (less than 5 min). Stir in tablespoon of peanut butter. Serve topped with sliced banana and dizzle of honey. SO GOOD. Perfect breakfast for fall and winter.

Marinade! I did some simple marinade yesterday for my fish it was bit of oil, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice. It came out as 100 kcal per portion. It wasn't even tasty :(

I'm doing beginner bodyweight workout from nerd fitness.com, it takes me about 25 min. After I do extra 10 min with dumbells for arms, 10 min for core and 10 min for bum with fitness blender. Total workout around 60 min, I try to do it 3 times a week

I don't really eat salads, maybe sometimes as a main meal loaded with stuff like nuts avocado and faux meat or tofu. I much prefer cooked veggies, especially sautéed. Broccoli rulez lol

I just had so delicious dinner! Pan fried salmon, with potatoes first cooked with white wine, then roasted with onion, lots of olive oil and more wine! Vietnamese style green beans on the side. Sounds like strange mix of tastes but it was AWESOME. That's the only way! I'm having cadbury egg as a midnight snack ;)

It's true, you'll lose weight as long as you're in caloric deficit. But you might be hungry if all you eat all day is Maltesers!
